Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.

 

Refunds for Physical Products

As our products are handmade, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.Refunds or replacements will be considered only in the following cases:You received a damaged or defective productYou received an incorrect product.To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

 

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:Customised or made-to-order products,Art therapy kits that have been opened or used,Workshop registrations (unless the workshop is cancelled by us)

 

Workshop Cancellations

Workshop fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.If The Inner Canvas cancels or reschedules a workshop, you will be offered:A full refund orThe option to attend the rescheduled session.

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to an error on our part.
